Yes — absolutely. This is the core of what makes Revive Rise different. Every care interaction is supervised and overseen by NMC-registered nurses. Our nurses conduct initial assessments, create care plans, and conduct regular reviews to ensure the highest clinical standards are maintained.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Being CQC-regulated means we are subject to regular, unannounced inspections against strict standards covering safety, effectiveness, responsiveness, and leadership. Choosing a CQC-regulated provider gives you the assurance that our care is independently verified — not just self-claimed.
If you or your loved one has complex health needs, you may be eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) — a fully funded package of care. We work closely with families and NHS teams to support CHC applications. Local Authority funding and Direct Payments are also options we can guide you through. We understand that care needs can arise urgently. We aim to complete an initial assessment within 48 hours of first contact, and in many cases can start care within a week. For hospital discharge situations, we work directly with NHS discharge teams to facilitate safe and timely transitions home.
Yes — we provide care for all age groups, from infants and children with complex medical needs through to adults and older individuals. Our clinical team has experience across paediatric and adult care pathways, including children with tracheostomies, ventilator dependency, and spinal conditions.
Our nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We operate an on-call system ensuring that a senior nurse can be reached at any time for clinical guidance or an emergency response. For live-in or overnight care packages, a trained carer is present throughout the night.
