How quickly can a nurse visit for an emergency in the Midlands?
Because our base is central to the region, an on-call nurse can typically reach clients quickly for urgent situations, wherever in the Midlands they’re based. We operate a 24/7 on-call system every day of the year.
Do you only cover the main counties, or smaller towns too?

Can I visit the office in person?
Yes. Appointments can be arranged at our registered office, Mercury Business Centre, 3 Mercury Park, Tamworth, B77 4RP — or a nurse can come to you anywhere in the Midlands for the initial assessment, whichever is easier.
Are your carers trained, vetted, and DBS-checked?
Yes. Every carer completes an enhanced DBS check, reference verification, and clinical induction training before working with clients, and receives ongoing training and supervision from our NMC-registered nurses.
Can Revive Rise provide live-in care as well as visiting care?
Yes. We arrange both visiting care packages (a set number of calls per day or week) and full-time live-in care, depending on the level of support needed. Your care plan is built around what actually suits your routine.
What if my needs change over time?
Care plans are reviewed regularly by our nursing team and adjusted as needs change — whether that means increasing support, adding a new specialism, or stepping care down. You’re never locked into a fixed package that no longer fits.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. We don’t tie clients into long fixed-term contracts. Packages can flex up, down, or pause as circumstances change, and we’re upfront about costs and notice periods from the outset.
